David Haye has stepped up his injury recovery after undergoing surgery on his bicep last week.
The heavyweight damaged his bicep falling down the stairs in a freak accident that has forced the cancellation of his rematch with Tony Bellew.
Haye went under the knife to correct his latest issue, but the recovery period is already moving along quickly.

The bandages have already come off and Haye is on track to return as early as March next year.
‘Road to recovery is officially underway,’ Haye said on Twitter.

Haye also shared a snap of a heavily bruised arm that was operated on last week.
The bicep issue is the latest injury in a string of set-backs for Haye.
The 37-year-old snapped his Achilles in the first fight with Bellew and has consistently been plagued by injuries through-out his career.

Injury woes have forced Haye to pull out of two scheduled fights with Tyson Fury, one bout with Manuel Charr and a clash with Wladimir Klitschko.
Haye hopes he can reschedule his rematch with Bellew at the end of March or for early May.
Bellew has refused to commit to another fight with Haye, insisting he would need assurances his rival would go through with the rematch.
