NEW DELHI: Terming Indias decision to pull out of RCEP as a mistake, a visiting Chinese delegation on Friday called upon the Indian government to join the 15-nation free trade government. The delegation comprising academicians affiliated to the Chinese government, whose interaction with the Indian media was facilitated by the Chinese embassy, also sought to assure India that China was not trying to pursue trade surplus with any country and that the surplus was just an outcome of Chinas industrial structure.
