Sergio Ramos has declared his admiration for Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba and insisted that the door is open for him to make the move to Real Madrid in the future.
Pogba was strongly linked with a move to Real Madrid throughout the summer with the La Liga giants head coach Zinedine Zidane making him one of his top priorities in the transfer window.
At one point in the summer, it appeared likely that the 26-year-old would swap Manchester for Madrid after his agent Mino Raiola claimed he was in the process of negotiating a move on his behalf.
However, United stood firm amid interest in their star midfielder after setting his price tag at £150m and he has started in each of their four Premier League matches so far this season.
Real Madrid are expected to test Uniteds resolve again next summer, though, and their club captain Ramos seemingly would welcome Pogba with open arms.

I think Real Madrid always has the door open for good players such as him, he told the Daily Express.

For me, Pogba is one of the great players. He is different and he has shown his value at Juventus and now Manchester United.
I think he brings balance to a team. He has a great offensive influence and he has this amazing physique.
Shortly after Raiola went public with his comments regarding Pogbas future, the World Cup winner admitted that he was keen to take on a new challenge following three seasons with United.
After this season and everything that happened this season, with my season being my best season as well… I think for me it could be a good time to have a new challenge somewhere else, he said back in July.
