AC Milan chief executive Ivan Gazidis is looking to overhaul the Italian club on and off the pitch and is set to poach Arsenal fitness coach Shad Forsythe as part of the rebuild.
The 52-year-old surprisingly left Arsenal at the backend of last year to take over at Milan, though watched the team fall just short of qualifying for the Champions League, finishing fifth in Serie A.
There have been dramatic changes already, with manager Gennaro Gattuso leaving his post by mutual consent and sporting director Leonardo resigning.

Marco Giampaolo, Simone Inzaghi and even Arsene Wenger have all been linked with taking over the reins at San Siro, while club legend Paolo Maldini is the top choice to be the new technical director.
According to Italian outlet Sport Mediaset, Gazidis is also pushing ahead with new additions to the coaching staff and wants Forsythe – who he brought to Arsenal in 2014 – to head up Milans fitness department.

The American – who is Arsenals Head of Performance – has reportedly already visited Milan and spoken to Gazidis about the role, which is quite unusual in Italian football.
Forsythe has been with the Gunners for the past five years and was one of few coaches to keep his job when Arsene Wenger left the club and was replaced by Unai Emery.
