Ladies and gentleman, I have discovered something horrible.
I have been living a lie because I thought I had pulled off the coolest paintball shot in the history of paintballing.
My crew is in the middle of filming an awesome series of competitions against Marines, and one of them was paintballing. We got swamped. It was a complete slaughter. You can watch the full video tomorrow.
The only bright side was that I pulled off an insane shot on a GoPro on the head of one of the Marines. It was an insanely cocky shot, especially because I promised the guy Id hit it before the game started.
Except, upon review. I didnt hit the go pro. The ball hit a tire near his head and the camera took the splatter. Watch in slow motion below.
My world was shattered upon seeing the new footage. I spent several days telling people how insane this shot was. We were pinned down, I went full Rambo and dropped this guy. It was a shot unlike anything Id believe had ever been fired before. I called just about everybody in my phone.
Now, I sit here a broken man. The world I thought I was living in was a complete lie. Who am I as a person if I didnt pull off what some called the sexiest shot of all time? I mean, the whole damn city was talking about this shot after seeing it at full speed. There were whispers of a movie with Matthew McConaughey starring as me.
My whole world has since been torn down. Im not a sniper anymore. Im just some random dude who hit a tire. Sad life.
Real talk. I cant be too sad because with an actual rifle, Im lethal. Heres some proof below. Check out the bowling balls in back. Props to me. Still super sad about the paintball though.
